This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the publisher of VanFolio
identified on the official VanFolio website or within the Software (the "Licensor"). This Agreement governs your
access to and use of the VanFolio software product, including its Free and Trial editions, and any related
documentation, assets, or updates that the Licensor may make available (collectively, the "Software").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Software after this Agreement has been made available to you on the
VanFolio website or within the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not
download, access, or use the Software.
Subject to this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the Software solely for your personal use or internal business use.
The Free edition may be used subject to any feature limitations communicated by the Licensor. The Trial edition may be subject to time, feature, usage, or other evaluation limits communicated by the Licensor. You may not use the Trial edition in a way that circumvents its intended evaluation purpose or any technical limitations.
The Software, including its code, design, interface, content, documentation, trademarks, and other related materials, is and will remain the exclusive property of the Licensor and its licensors, if any. The Software is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited rights expressly granted under this Agreement, no right, title, or interest in or to the Software is transferred to you.

The Licensor may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, fixes, improvements, or new versions of the Software. Unless the Licensor expressly states otherwise, any update provided to you is part of the Software and remains subject to this Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. You assume the entire risk arising out of your use of the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Software or this Agreement, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Software or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software, if any.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies of the Software in your possession or control.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the Software.
